These blocks are similar to conventional concrete blocks and can be made on slightly modified block plant equipment.
Raw material, processing and mixing equipment, material handling, curing equipment, palletizing and most of a block manufacturing plant can be utilized as is. Only molds and casting would need to me modified.

Variation in color, texture, shape and size can't be achieved on traditional machines.
Rapid, mass produced fiber-casting lines can be used by exisiting manufacturers and allows for any variety of surfaces and shapes to give the wall a finished exterior with dissimilar and softer finish on the interior panels of the same wall.

A number of regional, automated rebar factories can electro weld required rebar grid platforms. All dimensions can be easily adjusted for each project. Both directions of the grid are fed by rolled rebar, virtually eliminating waste associated by jobsite cut rebar. The total manufactured rebar grid is less costly than the material only cost of conventional hand placed rebar. |

A patented series of brackets, made in high performance plastic can be made to accommodate 8” – 10” – 12” wall spreads. The selection of plastic reduces cost, eliminates latent rust and does not transfer temperature.
These mass produced retaining and aligning brackets can be serial numbered as a means of controlling royalty payments.
