A New System

The SonomaWall™ is a unique assembly of individual panels that surround a prefabricated rebar grid and are held in position with a variety of alignment brackets.

This system is available in two different formats. The
Construction Grade is a low cost assembly of mass produced, unfinished blocks. The Finished Grade is a wide assortment of blocks with a finished surface.

Two Grades

The Construction Grade resembles a CMU wall (left) and is made on CMU machinery, but the installation is faster and 32% less expensive.

The Finished Grade (right) comes in hundreds of colors and patterns. This format is manufactured on high speed fiber cast equipment. A wall, such as a sound wall or a retaining wall can be constructed with the construction grade on one side and a finished grade on the viewing side.

Finished Wall

The finished wall is available with a variety of finishes. To become a “finished wall”, stick frame, concrete tilt-up and CMU walls must have secondary finishes such as stucco, plaster, sheetrock and/or paint all of which adds significantly to the construction and the environmental cost.

Choice of Finishes

The rotating photo shown here represents only a very few of the hundreds of colors and finishes that are available on the Finished Grade SonomaWall™. This system allows for one surface on the exterior and an entirely different surface on the interior – all on the same block.
